Visions of Kurt

Since this fanlisting covers all three aspects of the Nightcrawler character, I have decided to showcase them all below.

The new links lead to pages with a more in-depth bio on each version of Nightcrawler, some are finished, others are still a work in progress.

First Appeared: 1975

This is probably the most well known version of our fuzzy blue buddy, Kurt first appeared this way in 1975. Artists have put their own spins on things since, but the basic Nightcrawler look remains the same.

Version: Animated
First Appeared: 2000 (Evolution)

This version of Kurt Wagner is from X-Men: Evolution, the animated series that did a little "revamping" of the X-Men. Kurt was able to hide his mutant appearance with a device that made him appear to be just another kid.
90's Cartoon

Version: Film
First Appeared: 2003

In the X2 film, Kurt was played by Alan Cumming, covered in carved symbols, but stuck pretty much true to the roots of the character. the blue skin, the tail, even the hands and feet remain similar.
Too bad he will not be appearing in the thrid X-Men film!
